The Visual Task Force is a branch of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) focused on building community among Latine visual journalists across the United States. Our mission is to empower visual storytellers at all levels through education initiatives and the promotion of visual literacy. We are committed to advocacy for equitable representation of both staff and independent visual journalists within newsrooms. The values, perspectives, and experiences of visual journalists are essential to accurately represent the communities we document.
