The NAHJ Adelante Academy returns for its second year with a focus on helping Hispanic journalists from all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives – including Afro-Latinos, DACA recipients, Indigenous Latinos, Latinos with Disabilities, Non-binary, Queer and Trans Latine individuals – to become the next generation of news executives.

Perhaps you’re a newsroom director or manager and want to hone your executive skills. Or a mid-level journalist who regularly takes on leadership roles and wants to land a title that allows you to shape coverage. If you have eight or more years of experience, this program may be for you.
