Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Building Confidence and Owning Your Success (Sponsored by Bloomberg)
Have you ever achieved success yet still felt like you didn’t truly earn it? The familiar advice to “fake it till you make it” can sometimes leave us questioning whether we actually belong. This experience—known as Imposter Syndrome—can undermine confidence, limit growth, and prevent individuals from fully embracing their accomplishments. In this workshop, participants will explore the psychological roots of Imposter Syndrome, learn to recognize its common signs and triggers, and gain practical strategies to reframe self-doubt. Through guided reflection and actionable techniques, attendees will build the confidence to internalize their achievements, strengthen their professional presence, and show up with greater authenticity.
