CHICAGO, March 23, 2016 – United Airlines has renewed its partnership with the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) for the 10th consecutive year and will be the official airline of the organization’s special events throughout 2016.
“2016 is shaping up to be a very exciting year for the NAHJ,” said James Olson, United’s senior vice president, corporate communications. “We are proud to continue our support of NAHJ initiatives on the national and local levels that elevate diversity in the newsroom and amplify Hispanic voices in the community.”
The United-NAHJ 2016 partnership includes Platinum-level sponsorship of NAHJ’s first-ever joint convention with the National Association of Black Journalists, Aug. 3-7 in Washington, D.C.
